If you Checked Out as a Guest

1. Find your Shipping Confirmation email or text

   Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text that includes a tracking number. If you entered your email address during the order checkout process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you entered your mobile phone number during the order checkout process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation text.

2. Find your tracking number

   Your Shipping Confirmation email or text will contain your Shipping Tracking Number as well as a link to “Track Your Shipment”.

3. Go to the Shipping Carrier's website

   Track your order by clicking on the “Track Your Shipment” link in your email/text. It will direct you to the carrier's website and to your tracking information. You can also visithttps://www.17track.net/ and enter your tracking number on the site.
